http://www.sourcebits.com/ This site is not liquid or elastic. It simply has a background image that moves. The layout itself does not resize with the window or text.
http://www.richardarran.com/ This site, also posted in April, is also not liquid or elastic. It\’s just a really, really large fixed-width site using side scrolling.
